I am currently studying patisserie at school here in Canberra, and it is AMAZING! But the only problem is that none of the food we make is vegan, and obviously my goal is to be able to create treats for my fellow vegan compatriots.
My struggle is thus: I need to re-make all of the beautiful goodies we create in class (check it out!), cruelty free, AND delicious!
The judge of my skill is of course my delightful boyfriend, who will be judging on a scale of "omg" to "meh, it's edible".
The best of the best that I produce will of course be coming up here, and I'm sure even some of my failures will make an appearance.
I will try to take as many pictures as possible, and if I am super diligent, I will even give you the recipes!
